Ajowain (Carum couticum) Seeds: It is used in cooking for its aromatic flavor, digestive benefits, and medicinal properties, including relieving indigestion, bloating, and respiratory issues.

Pippli (Piper longum) Fruit: It may help to expel air from the abdomen Also it reduces free radicals and prevents splenomegaly and gripping.

Krishna jiraka (Carum carbi) Seed: Black cumin is believed to aid digestion by stimulating digestive enzymes, reducing gas and bloating, and soothing gastrointestinal discomfort.

Rock Mineral Salt (Siandvanamak): It serves as a natural remedy for various health issues, including aiding digestion, promoting electrolyte balance.

Kali mirch (Piper nigrum): Checks Indigestion, Abdominal distension and intestinal spasm. Also helps to relieve bloating and flatulence.

Peppermint (Mentha piperita) Leaf: It cures acute abdominal pain. Peppermint calms the muscles of the stomach and improves the flow of bile, which the body uses to digest fats.

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) Fruit: It is used for its digestive benefits, promoting regular bowel movements, alleviating constipation, and supporting overall gastrointestinal health. It’s also believed to have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
