  • Jeevanti (Leptadenia reticulata) Root: Age-sustainer, Vitalizer, Antiasthmatic (Jivanti): Balances three Doshas (humors). Charak(Ayurvedic scholar)treats it as an important Rasayana herb (the medicine promoting health and longevity) and Vagbhatta includes it among the ten herb that constitute the Jivaniyagana (the vitalizing group).
  • Ashwagandha (Withaniasomnifera) Root: It enhances survival during stress and increases body weight (in terms of health) and hemoglobin, besides retarding the aging process.
