Natural Herbal Support For Female Comfort.

Unique product for every female as it provides strength to the Uterus.

Possible Indication

  • Menorrhagia
  • Uterine Fibroid
  • Ovarian Cyst
  • Endometrial Hyperplasia
  • Adenomyosis (Invasion of the muscular wall of an organ by the glandular tissue).

In AYURVEDA, Menorrhagia and Metrorrhagia are called rakta pradara. The imbalance of the hormones caused by the aggravation of Pitta in the body produce excessive bleeding during menstruation which is called as Menorrhagia and if this excessive bleeding occurs at irregular intervals, it is called as Metrorrhagia.

Fibroids

Fibroids are harmless growths in the womb usually produced by hormonal imbalance resulting in the over production of estrogen. They often produce no symptoms but can cause excessive menstrual bleeding and pelvic discomfort. Usually bleeding may become more severe due to high blood pressure or increase with blood pressure. According to Ayurveda, fibroid is growth in mamsadhatu of uterus. According to ancient texts, mamsarbuda means growth in muscles and connective tissue. Fibroid often manifests itself as excessive bleeding and hence this should be treated as Yoni-vyapad (Group of disorders related to female reproductive system).

After the period of menopause, small fibroids usually disappear with the contraction of uterus membranes and dryness in vaginal canal. In the case of extra large fibroids, these are to be removed surgically.

Herbal formulations in Ayurveda may be a complementary alternative, which naturally heals fibroids, leaving the uterus intact and many times saves one from hysterectomy (The surgical removal of fibroids). Natural herbal remedies do not remove the fibroid mass. In case of large fibroids, the symptoms produced by them are relieved and fibroids usually shrink in size, remain within the uterus without producing any uneasiness or discomfort and help to keep them from further growth.

Endometrial hyperplasia

It is the medical term for unusual or excessive cell growth in the inner glandular lining of the uterus called the endometrium.

Adenomyosis

It is uterine thickening that occurs when endometrial tissue, which lines the uterus, moves into the outer muscular walls of the uterus .

Ayurvedic Concept

Fibroids can be related to the "Arbuda" and "Granthi" mentioned in Ayurvedic texts. Due to various causes of vitiation of the three Doshas (Three Humors) (Vata (Air), Pitta (Fire) and Kapha (Water)), i.e. obesity, high intake of Meat, Saturated Fat, Dairy Products, Sugar, Chocolates, Caffeine, Drugs and Alcohol, these Doshas (Humors) become imbalanced (Excessive or Deficient). These imbalanced Doshas (Humors) vitiate the mamsa (Muscle Fibers) of any part of the body. They give rise to the origin of Arbuda or Granthi.

In Arbuda, blood and meda (Fatty constituents) are also vitiated. Therefore, in the initiation of tumors or fibroids, the three Doshas (Humors), as well as, the vitiation of Mamsa (Muscle Fibers), fat and blood play an important part. The Doshas (Humors) produce the various types of symptoms according to their nature.

Due to Vata (Air): Tumors or fibroids are big in size having internal bleeding and they tend to be malignant. The color of the menstrual bleeding may be dark and its nature will be thin and dry. The person will suffer from other symptoms like various aches in the body, Sleeplessness, Constipation and Dryness of skin etc.

Due to Pitta (Fire): Formation of fibroids is associated with inflammation, infection and they tend to be malignant. Other symptoms are Menorrhagia, Burning Sensation, Thirst, Acidity and Infection of urogenital systems.

Due to Kapha (Water): Tumor is slow growing in nature and relatively bigger in size. Other symptoms are heaviness in body Lethargy, Excessive Sleep, and Menorrhagia with lots of blood clots.

Tumor may contain fluid, mucinous substances or sebaceous material, respectively. Other associated symptoms are obesity and related problems.

Mamsa Arbuda (Muscle fiber growth) Tumor is smooth, hard, and immobile in nature. These tumors (Fibroids) cannot be exactly co-related with various types of tumors described in modern science, but according to the various symptoms, they may be co-related with fibroid growths of different origins.

The remedies provided in Ayurveda for these "Arbuda" may be very successful in checking the various associated symptoms of these types of fibroids, i.e. Pelvic Congestion, Heaviness in lower abdomen, Menorrhagia, Anemia and general weakness.
