Maha Narayan Oil, made of 55 herbs with Sesame oil based on the oldest traditional Ayurvedic text, is massage oil for healthy body flexibility and movements. Maha Narayan Oil is a blend oil of many herbs usually seasonal. It is used in traditional Indian system as topical massage oil to sooth pain related to aching joints, sore muscles and headache. The oil calms tension and relative congestion from lungs.

Maha Narayan Oil is used as massage oil for treatment to balance Vata (Air). Vata (Air) is out of the three doshas (Vitiation) which is thought to control movements, breathing and blood flow.

Maha Narayan Oil is anti-inflammatory in nature and is useful in tremors, improves body odor & skin and all types of Vata (Air), Roga (Problems). According to Ayurveda, this oil is believed to relieve and free all the stiff and painful joints, repair the muscles by improving blood circulation.

It soothes pain and tones up both the nervous and muscular system.

Regular use of Maha Narayan Oil is beneficial to prevent and recover chronic arthritic changes as it reaches deep into tissues to cure the disease.

Common Indication

All Joint disorders, Fractures, Polio, Hysteria, Paraplegia, Facial paralysis, Paralyze, Paralysis, Stiffness of back, Backache, Lumbago, Quadriplegia, Hemiplegia, Week blood circulation and difficult joint movement. It softens the muscles, useful in cramps and all types of Vata conditions.

Frozen Shoulder : It is a physical disorder where the muscles of shoulder joint suffer gradually results in reduction in muscle volume that finally lends to malfunctioning of the joints. It causes a lot of pain while moving the arm. This is commonly seen in older generation as the muscles tend to degenerate with age. According to Ayurveda, all the causative factors that vitiate the Vata (Air) dosha are also said to cause a frozen shoulder.

Symptoms:
  • Difficulty in moving the arm.
  • Stiffness and restricted movement.
Advised

Massage with Maha Narayan Oil regularly and then hot fomentation with heating sand bag.

A decoction of Dashmula Kwath in a 30-40 ml dosage thrice daily.

How to make decoction : Take 10 gm powder, boil it with 16 times (160 ml) water and reduce it to one-fourth (40 ml). Sieve it and discard the residue and use the liquid. Note this is a one time dose. This decoction can be made and taken twice or thrice a day.

Also take Maharasnadi Kwath daily.

Sciatica : According to Ayurveda, it is called 'Gridhasee'. It is exerted by high Vata (Air) dosha levels in the area. In case of Sciatica, pain runs from lower back down the back of each leg. Sciatica is usually caused by pressure on the sciatica nerve. It gets pressurized as compared to other nerves because this is the longest and thickest nerve in the body. The incidence of sciatica increases with age. Some times pain may also radiate to the foot or toes. A combination of arthritis and sciatica is the worst thing that can happen to anyone.

Symptoms:
  • Worse pain in the leg when sitting
  • Weakness, numbness in the leg
  • Constant pain in one side of leg
  • Stiffness in legs

Tennis Elbow : Tennis Elbow is a condition in which the outer part of the elbow becomes sore and tender. In this some one feels pain on the out side of the elbow while moving the elbow or lifting objects.

Taking a sufficient rest is best way to treat Tennis Elbow.

Massage with Maha Narayan Oil regularly and use of Guggulu products like Yograj Guggulu, Simhanada Guggulu etc. are also helpful in treating pain and swelling in Tennis Elbow.

Cervical Spondylosis : It is a spinal degeneration of two or more vertebras. In Ayurveda, it is known as Griva-Sandri vata. It is the age related symptoms commonly appears at the age of 40's years.

Causes

People working continuously for long hours on computers are move prone to cervical spondylosis.

Sitting in wrong position.

It is commonly diagnosed through x-ray which shows irregular bony outgrowths and also involves reduction of intra-vertebral spaces.

In Ayurveda, regular massage with Maha Narayan Oil gives excellent results. Besides this also take Trayodasanga Guggulu or Yograj Guggulu 2 tabs twice a day with lukewarm water.

Joint Pain : Maha Narayan Oil is only herbal massage oil especially beneficial in pains related to bones and muscles. It is also used in Arthritis and Backache. According to Ayurveda, the root cause of joint pain is poor digestion capacity of person.

The body of a person with less digestive fire allows more auras (Toxins) to be accumulated at the joints. This is the main cause of joint sprains.

Follow a vegetable diet and avoid fatty food; dairy products, excess salt, sugar etc. will help in avoiding arthritis pain. Dates, raisins, citrus fruits like orange etc. can be included in daily diet.

Muscle Cramps: Air involuntary and painful extraction of a voluntary muscle or group of muscles is known as cramps.

It may be due to exercise exceeding one's own capacity, exposure to cold. Muscles Cramps can be treated by massage of medicated oil; Massage is the best treatment for relaxation of the contracted muscles. This can be done at home itself. Also take Simhanada Guggulu 2 tabs twice a day with lukewarm water for 15 days. Also massage with Maha Narayan Oil. This will relieves cramps and prevent their recurrence.

Polio : Poliomyelitis is an acute viral disease according to modern view. Viruses are transmitted to human being mainly via oral route. But according to Ayurveda this disease is known as 'Bal Pakshaghat'. This is a Vata related problems.

Regular massage with Maha Narayan Oil besides Ayurvedic medicine gives very good results.

Murchan Draya

Kalka Draya

Kwath Draya

First, purified Sesame oil is treated with a decoction of 13 herbs, and then 42 other ingredients are added to the oil in a paste form. It is again heated until the water evaporates and removes the impurities and toxics, negative effects of some herbs.

How to Use

Take a small amount of oil and massage gently into the joints, muscles and skin for 15 to 20 minutes. After massage wipe out the excessive oil remains unabsorbed over the skin. Keep the massaged area warm covered with clothes. Its use is preferred at bedtime. Leave oil applied on overnight and wash in the morning. Continue daily use at least for a few months.

Special Note

Keep the body in warm temperature while using these oils and don't go to cold temperature immediately after using the oil or at least for one hour after the massage. Body should not come in contact with cold water with within two hours after application of the oil.

This product is highly recommended to use with our other product "Joint Health" / "Salai Guggul" (Boswellia Serrata) / "Yograj Guggulu" (Herbal Supplement) according to requirement. This oil can also be used in combination/mixed with "Flexn Oil".
