Dantimool (Baliospermum montanum) – It is purgative. It is useful for body ache and debility. It removes the toxins from the body and useful in alle-viating inflammation and swelling. It is also useful in treating liver disorders and enlargement of spleen.It is Blood Purifier, used in loss of Appetite. Amadosha (Arthritis), Swelling all over body, stones, skin problems, fever with constipation, leprosy in vata (Air) Roga (ailment) it is very effective. It improves metabolism of body.
Some food items, Indigestion, exposure to excessive heat, overheating, excessive work, excessive intake of Alcohol, Anger, Too much hot and cold food, high protein diet, Sea food, meat, Acidic and salty food, egg. Curry, Pickles, Milk Products cold drinks, Ice creams and cold weather exposure lead.
Low salt diet, Green vegetables, wheat germ soup, Shali Rice (Brown Rice) Shati Rice (Mattured in 60 days). Green vegetable soups, carrot and Palak / Spinach soup, Channa / Gram (Black) soup, cow ghee (1 years old Preferably) should be taken in daily diet, Food should be cooked in Mustered oil or cow ghee.
Fresh seasonable fruits should be taken.
You should try to avoid heavy fried food, fast food, spicy food. Preserved food items, Alcohol, meat products, G.M. food (Genetically Modified) stored cooked food, food made from Bengal gram flour ( gram flour ). (fried in oils) curd, all meat products for healthy living.
It is a guggul product so it is contraditcated in pregnant woman.
Also apply flexn oil or Mahanarayan and Mahavisha Garbha oil locally on joints.
Spl. Note: : While taking Guggulu product, one should take bath with luke warm water. A person, who is suffering from any type of Joints Pain, should wear warm cloth.
Highly vitiated Vata (AIR), without involving Pita (FIRE / AGNI) and Kapha (DRY), should be man-aged with intake of Ghee, meat-soups and other fat enhancing substances. Externally oils should be used for massage. The use of unctuous substance nourishes the dried body tissues quickly and pro-motes strength, digestive power, corpulence and vital breath.
Special Note: Use it with Maha Manjisthadi Kwath or luke warm water or with milk.
